We are a small family business in Lexington Oklahoma.
Below are some of the services we can provide.
Welding, Fabrication and Repairs -
We can build or repair nearly all metal projects. We do MIG, TIG,
ARC and gas welding as needed on steel, aluminum or stainless projects
and repairs. No job too small and (hopefully) no job too
big! At this time we do not have a dedicated mobile welding rig
but if it is a simple repair we can throw the generator, welder and
torch on the back of the truck and come to you. We are not really set
up for large mobile projects though and prefer to stick to shop work as
much as possible.
CNC Plasma Cutting Services -
We have one of the latest CNC Plasma tables on the market. We can cut
one-off custom parts, projects, sign work or we can do production runs
of 500 (or more) parts. We can design the parts in CAD for you or
we can work off your CAD designs/drawings. Our plasma table has the
capacity to cut from 26 gauge up to 1" thick plate cleanly and exactly
to your specifications.
Custom Signs - The CNC Plasma
Machine makes cutting one of a kind custom signs a thing of
beauty. We can duplicate your business logo, cut your ranch
entryway sign, brand, welcome sign for the front of your house with a
picture of your dog and last name on it. The possibilities are
endless. If you can think it up we can make come to life in
metal. From a 12x12 logo for your business door to 4' tall
letters that can be seen from the highway, we can make it happen.
The signs can be painted, or powder coated in your choice of colors but
right now the hot ticket is the distressed (rusted) look. We
clean the metal and sand it down to bare metal and then put a non-toxic
mixture on the metal and overnight the sign will look 100 years
old! We then clear coat the metal to preserve the patina that
will look good for years. We can work off photographs, drawings

Custom Fabrication - This is
what we really love to do. We have built everything from brush guards
for dozers to gates for a chicken house. Adding spare tire
carriers to trailers. New loading ramps for equipment trailers.
Custom truss plates for timber frame homes. Fire pits. Pit smokers.
Steps. If it is made out of metal, we can probably build it for
you.
